Q: How do I know if I am a beginner or advanced golfer?
A:  If you have played before on the bigger course then we would consider you an advanced golfer.  We will assess your skill level and make any changes as necessary.  In addition, we always strive to group golfer based on agel level as well as skill level.  All classes are broken into smaller groups to increase individual attention as much as possible.  Please call or e-mail if you have any questions as to which level you should sign up for.

Q: What do I need to bring the first day of lessons?
A:  The first lesson will be held at the North Park Par 3.  We will meet with all parents about 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.  Golfers will need a putter and three golf balls with their initials on them.  We will send out a reminder e-mail with all instructions for the first lesson.

Q What kind of questions should I place here?
Q:
Do I need a full set of golf clubs to participate in the golf academy?
A:  No, however you will need a few clubs when we go to the driving range.  You can rent clubs at the Par 3 and we have a few extra clubs including putters that golfers can borrow.  If you are concerned about this you should ask an instructor and we can help you with clubs and provide some advice.

Q: What if I am going to be on vacation and may miss one or two of my scheduled lessons?
A: We are flexible.  We ask that parents bring their kids on their scheduled night to ensure high quality instruction, but we realize that all families have busy schedules.  If you miss a lesson you can come on a different night.  Check the schedule and let us know what night you are going to make up the lesson.  A full schedule can be found on our homepage.  E-mail Mike or Eric with any changes.

Q: What if it is raining all day...how do I know if my lesson is still on?

A: Check the website.  We are always updating the site.  We will also try to send out an e-mail to the class with any updates and rescheduling information that day.  We will not make phone calls to all golfers.  The best way to get all updates is to check the homepage.

Q: Who is eligible for lessons?

A: Both boys and girls...ages 6-18.
